Elote Dip Mix
To make the Elote Dip Mix:
* 1 packet of Elote Dip Mix
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
* 2 cups frozen corn (1 steamer bag)
*Lime juice to taste (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine Elote Dip Mix packet, mayonnaise and sour cream in a large bowl.
2. Add shredded cheese and thawed or cooked corn. Add lime juice, if desired. Mix well.
3. Heat in crockpot on low or on stovetop. Dip can be served cold if desired.
