Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix

Dried Chives, Dried Parsley, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Dill, Ground Black Pepper, Spices, Salt.

Packaged in a facility that handles tree nuts (pecans), dairy (milk) & wheat products.

Ingredients:

• 1 packet of Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix (UNPREPARED)
• 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
• 4 cups diced russet potatoes
• 1 cup diced cooked bacon or bacon bits
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup chopped green onions
• 1/2 cup heavy cream (if you prefer a thinner, less creamy soup, skip this ingredient)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

• In a large pot, combine the chicken or vegetable broth and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook until the potatoes are tender.
• Reduce the heat to low. Add the Loaded Baked Potato Dip Mix packet and stir well until the seasoning is fully dissolved.
• Using an immersion blender or a regular blender, blend the soup until smooth and creamy. If using a regular blender, blend in batches and return the soup to the pot.
• Return the pot to low heat and stir in the diced cooked bacon or bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green onions. Stir until the cheese is melted and all the ingredients are well combined.
• If desired, stir in the heavy cream to add extra creaminess and to thicken the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Allow the soup to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Serve the Loaded Baked Potato Soup hot, garnished with additional shredded cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and chopped green onions if desired.
